After some issues with getting the company to respond to a sky light repair that was not fixed after two of their repairs I posted a review and was contacted by the company immediately, at which point they made good on the repair, kept in communication and ensured things were fixed. Due to the issues I had they also painted the area that had water damage. I appreciate the company making good on the contract and keeping in communication until it was fixed, thank you! We had a tremendous experience with Tripp from TruBlue Roofing. He and his crew were first class all the way! He assisted with the whole process of filing our wind damage claim through our insurance company. Scheduled the installation within the week the claim was filed and the entire roof was replaced and completed in ONE business day. We have 2 small children and were worried about nails in our yard…..the crew did 2 different sweeps with a magnetic roller to clean the yard.
