I hired Adam and his team to encapsulate my crawlspace. They did an incredible job! Every other contractor who works on my house compliments how clean and tidy the crawlspace is (led lights a nice compliment). Other crawlspace contractors recommended a $2500 dehumidifier but with Adam’s suggestion, we didn’t have to buy one. No sump pump either! Once the crawlspace is encapsulated, they run a small feed directly from the main AC unit to cool/dehumidify the basement. I’m now sitting at 50% home and crawlspace humidity - the mold free zone! Oh, they also install a humidity sensor so you know what’s going on downstairs at all times. All in all, I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. Service: Home maintenance & repairs

Great work! Adam hit a home run for me on this project!! He insulated over my garage plus added duct work and a vent to my garage to pump in more heat in the winter and more Air in the summer. He also created a way to shut the vent off when not in use so that we’re not losing anything inside our home regarding energy efficiency. The space will be much more comfortable for working out!! Thx again Adam and we’ll definitely call on you again for future projects!!
