Excellent service. Price is reasonable. The only issue I have is with their scheduling and arrival being erratic and unprofessional. No schedule sent in an email or calendar option was given. No texts or any clue if they were going to show up. I was given a window of time and they arrived early. They were supposed to text or call after they finished the previous job to give ample time to be there
Stay away from this company. They will overcharge you for services and do a poor job. I authorized a service call for a charge of $480 dollars and they ended up charging my account $2668 to replace a pump that costs $1000 without my authorization. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. There are other reputable companies out there. This isn't one of them. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
I needed a grease trap pumped out,I called Stanley environmental solutions and in no time Zach showed up and got right to work he was very polite and me being the curious type Zach had no problem explaining to me the process.very nice services from Stanley environmental solutions 10 out of 10 would have them pump my grease pump again,if still not sold give them a shot and ask for zach!
