Cool Tech Heating & Air Conditioning

Came out to give quote for hvac repair/replacement and never heard back. Left vm’s and texts but no response. Found it strange they came out for an hour to inspect current hvac then never heard from them again.

Our heat went out and they got out here the same day! The part did take two days to get but once they got it, they put us on the schedule, first thing. The tech Jeremiah was great and helped explain things and even helped set the thermostat to emergency heat to help keep the house at least a little warm until they could get the part. I do wish the quote was broken down by item instead of everything lumped into one price but at the end of the day we needed the work done, so it doesn’t really matter what each line item costs. We used Brothers last year and they charged us $300 to move one wire on the thermostat and they didn’t do any other testing, which is why I didn’t call them this time. With Cool Tech we were charged $250 for comprehensive testing. Definitely a better value for the money! Service: Heating system repair
