Our heat went out and they got out here the same day! The part did take two days to get but once they got it, they put us on the schedule, first thing. The tech Jeremiah was great and helped explain things and even helped set the thermostat to emergency heat to help keep the house at least a little warm until they could get the part. I do wish the quote was broken down by item instead of everything lumped into one price but at the end of the day we needed the work done, so it doesn’t really matter what each line item costs. We used Brothers last year and they charged us $300 to move one wire on the thermostat and they didn’t do any other testing, which is why I didn’t call them this time. With Cool Tech we were charged $250 for comprehensive testing. Definitely a better value for the money! Service: Heating system repair

When it came time to replace my heat pump he was the fairest in pricing after I did extensive checking around first. He is friendly and prompt about returning calls. I highly recommend him for anyone's Heating and Air maintenance.

Jeremiah was professional, accessible, and the solution to my problem. My heat was intermittently working. I texted Jeremiah at 8pm on Sunday. He messaged back, set the appointment and made me aware of the service fee. He messaged the next morning to confirm the appointment and then actually arrived at the agreed upon time. In fact I think he was a few minutes early! He was in Denver, NC servicing another unit. I live in Windsor Park. So, I believe their service area is quite large. Upon arrival, he put on shoe covers immediately and I showed him to the unit. My furnace is in a precarious place and he handled it without any help from me. He came down maybe 10/15 minutes later. My unit was fixed. Apparently, I had a dirty sensor. Instead of trying to sell me another sensor, he cleaned it. It was an inexpensive and easy transaction. I highly recommend.
