We have worked with Stickels to install three mini-splits as part of our home renovation. Our existing HVAC system was installed 17 years ago by another company who maintained service; we recently had an issue so I called Stickel’s for a quote to replace. Turns out - no replacement was necessary and Stickels fixed what the other company said needed replacement! I thought I was going to pay thousands of dollars and to my delight AJ saved the day and solved our issue unexpectedly today. The technician came to assess a complex acac issue . He took the time to listen and assess the problem. He then reviewed the information, took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and went way beyond what was necessary to address our concerns and questions. Outstanding professionalism in all aspects in the installation of our new heat pump system. They handled the coordination of an electrician, and inspector for us. Everything was done timely and competently. Email responses were quick, invoices were clear and they made sure we had the proper documentation for our tax rebate. The installers let us know what they were doing every step of the way, and accommodated us about our preferred location of a conduit. They were very conscientious about cleanliness, and even vacuumed the floor when they were finished. And they were respectful in regards to noise, and kept it to a minimum, which was appreciated as my husband works from home.
