I called ASAP plumbing and he was at the house within 30 minutes to see where the glog was coming from. He cane back that evening because he knew all the pipes were glogged & we could not use the bathroom or run any water. He was there until 3 am trying to unclog the pipes. He came back the next morning & finished the job. Long story short, he made sure the job was done & we were able to use the water as quickly as he could. He was very respectful & professional. ASAP was unbelievable in dealing with our plumbing emergency. Not only did they come out after hours on a week night, they didn't charge the after hours fee saying it was their fault it was so late. Wow, what professionalism. They had been slammed the entire day, wound up eating supper close to 11:00 PM and yet they were pleasant throughout the entire experience. These guys came highly recommended by a plumber friend and I can't say enough about the entire experience! They identified our leak as a crushed water main and had us up and running in less than two hours!! Very trustworthy and fair pricing to boot!!
