Lack communication doesn't reply to the customer and leaves u waiting. Bad service
We had a hot water heater that was leaking and they were very swift to respond---we called at 2:08pm and had some at our house at 3:30pm!! Excellent customer service and upfront, fair price!! We will definitely use their services in the future should the need arise. Service: Water heater installation
