I can't say enough good things about Casey Services. They are the contractor who installed the HVAC system in our relatively new Wake Forest Brandywine home. Since moving in a year and a half ago, I have had some questions about the system and they have always been good with connecting me with their technicians to answer my questions. Recently we had an issue with some water leakage from the condensate drain line. Casey Services sent Matt out to take care of the problem. Matt spent a great deal of time explaining the system and what he was doing to address the problem. It was obvious that he was an expert in his trade and the inner workings of the system. I recommend Casey Services and Matt for your HVAC needs and appreciate their professionalism.

Exceptional customer service. What a night. My air conditioner stopped working around 7 o’clock last night and it was hot. With a new born I knew it would be a rough night. I simply made a phone call to Casey services. Their after hours call center took down all my information and had somebody call me as soon as possible. The next day they had me up and running.
