Hoff Heating & Cooling

My ac stopped cooling and I contacted my home warranty. They referred Hoff AC to service my system. Azzi responded quickly, however, the warranty company asked him to hold off repairing it until he sent pictures and received authorization from them, which could have taken another couple of days. This was unacceptable for me. After a few phone calls to Select Warranty, we were able to get authorization while he was here. Azzi waited patiently to get authorization and he fixed the problem immediately. My ac is working perfectly now. Azzi was prompt, professional, courteous and patient. Thank you! Within the week all the parts were ready and full installation was performed in exceptional timing with professional courteous workers and amazing quality.
