Tried to get our kitchen faucet replaced. Tech showed up and could not wait 10 more minutes for me to bring him the new faucet. Was very rude to me & my wife. I offered to pay extra for his time. Declined to help us and left. Called the office and receptionist was not kind either. Would not recommend. Wasted my time. Service: Faucet installation
A fencing company hit our main water line leaving us with no water. Called Wake Forest Plumbing and they had a guy out within a few hours. They were very fair with us, made the repair, and had our water back on within 45 minutes. Great customer service and honest and fair with the prices charged. I appreciate them getting us up and running quickly and cost efficiently!
The two gentlemen that came to my home to fix my toilet was VERY courteous, professional and on time! I appreciate them for that. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
