We had a severe roof leak due to poor sealant at the HVAC vent pipe which damaged even our bedroom ceiling during severe rains. Due to the emergency nature of the problem we called several local roofing and handyman companies. None were ready to do this right away except Lifetime Roofing and Exterior where owner/manager Rob Bailey was very responsive. He was very flexible to work out a suitable schedule when I would be home and the job was completed within a couple of days. They not only fixed the flashing leak but also checked and caulked all the vent pipe joints/flashing on the roof to prevent future problems.
