Zar has impressed me today and definitely won my future business. I thought I could install a smart light switch by myself — I was wrong! I needed help! Sabrina in the office was accommodating, professional, responsive and welcoming. The professionals who came to my home gave a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their on-time arrival. DJ W. and his colleague were approachable, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. They donned protective shoe coverings, which I greatly appreciate! The work performed by DJ has left me feeling completely confident about the installation. DJ informed me of other value – added services provided by Zar, such as the complementary electrical safety inspection (which I declined today due to time constraints) as well as the yearly membership which would give me a percentage discount off of future calls as well as several other valuable perks. Zar installed an additional outdoor outlet and a whole house surge protector. I'd called Zar to get the additional outlet. The Zar electrician, Mike, did a free household electrical inspection, which came out fine since our house is a new build. He recommended the surge protector and I'm glad he did. I've used those on all my houses since having an expensive computer fried by lightning around 15 years ago. It's cheap insurance. Mike provided several estimates to cover this work and some additional lighting installations we're planning in the near future. Zar's pricing isn't the lowest I've seen, but it's no worse than the other service business we've dealt with in the area. Mike was personable and professional and easy to work with. The outlet and surge protector installations were completed in about 2 hours. Both jobs have a professional look, blend with the house, and work perfectly. We will be using Zar again in the near future to help with our lighting update
