Multiple tech's came out on multiple visits and it was obvious that they were doing everything they could to get us to spend more money when it was not warranted. I asked questions and they did not like that. It was VERY obvious they wanted me to spend more money to capitalize on the commission that they apparently get. A simple leak detection would have found the leak in the coil where leaks occur 95% of the time (I pointed this simple fact out to them). Instead, they insisted they come back and do a nitrogen test which costs 3x more than doing the simple leak test at the coil (of course they never mentioned the cost of the test until it was done). In all, I paid them over $1,000 to tell me what everyone already knew, there was a leak in the coil. They were very quick to quote me for a full system replacement as opposed to walking through other potential options such as a coil repair, alternative coil replacements, etc. which to me supports the fact that they are looking for customers

We just moved in our brand new townhome for 2 weeks. I already called in for 2 emergency repair as my AC was dead twice in NC hot weather. It turns out that two major wires were melt from the outside unit. The second time, the technician identified the issue and drove to get the needed parts and fixed it around 8pm, so we can have a livable house to sleep. I truly appreciated it! Service: Repair HVAC
