What a great experience!!! I needed my 11 yr old water heater replaced. Ray was super professional on the phone when we first made contact, returning my initial call within one hour. We discussed and he explained all my options, never trying to upsell me. We scheduled at time and he arrived right at that time. Total job took less time than expected. The install was flawless and done perfectly, and we are back in the hot water at my house. I highly recommend Ray McKeand for any and all HVAC or plumbing jobs. Thanks Ray!!!!

Superior customer service! Professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Initial contact with Ray was while he was on vacation. I was having tankless hot water issues. He took time to offer suggestions, explained how it works, talked me through step by step processes to help me diagnose the problem while on the phone (did I mention all this while on vacation).
