Ray is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to deal with. He went out of his way to help me with my warranty company. The turn around time from diagnosis to completion of the installation of the water heater was 2 days. He was accessible and extremely patient with helping me understand the issues and the process. Superior customer service! Professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Initial contact with Ray was while he was on vacation. I was having tankless hot water issues. He took time to offer suggestions, explained how it works, talked me through step by step processes to help me diagnose the problem while on the phone (did I mention all this while on vacation).
