The Water Heater Dude/The Air Guy

Ray came and changed our water heater to a tankless water heater. He was not only responsive and punctual but very sensitive to our severe time constraints. Less than a week after our initial problem he had our tankless water heater replaced. He is professional and a joy to be around. I highly recommend using Ray!

We did not know you needed to clean the washing machine drain line. It backed up and water quickly covered our laundry floor and began dripping through the ceiling downstairs. We immediately called Ray McKeand. He was over in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. He knew the problem right away, cleaned out the drain, had everything back in order in less than 20 minutes. He saved us from a major flood disaster. If you have any plumbing needs at all, give him a call. We will definitely have him cleaning our dryer vent and washing machine drain line annually from now on.
