Well Doctor LLC

We had a pump that was installed in 1984. I contacted 4 other well services, and did not get a return on my calls. I called one well company 3 times over about 5 weeks and they never returned my calls. The receptionist at Well Doctor was very nice and professional. She answered my questions and had me contacted and scheduled for the needed work. Dylan and Garrett did the work and did an excellent job. After 37 years, you can imagine the state of the state of the old stuff. There were also problems with a concrete slab that had to be broken up. Dylan and Garrett earned their money that day. I finally have clean water and great water pressure! A night and day difference from the discolored, smelly, extremely low pressure water I had dealt with for the past year. Xander and his partner (I didn't catch his name) were highly informative and helped me to understand the various issues I was having and what needed to be done to rectify them. The installation of the new pump and filters was done quickly and efficiently, they even were able to trouble shoot some piping issues along the way.
