We had a pump that was installed in 1984. I contacted 4 other well services, and did not get a return on my calls. I called one well company 3 times over about 5 weeks and they never returned my calls. The receptionist at Well Doctor was very nice and professional. She answered my questions and had me contacted and scheduled for the needed work. Dylan and Garrett did the work and did an excellent job. After 37 years, you can imagine the state of the state of the old stuff. There were also problems with a concrete slab that had to be broken up. Dylan and Garrett earned their money that day. Outstanding service!!! You never realize how much you take running water for granted.....until it doesn't run anymore. My well pump broke on a hot summer day, when I needed to take a nice shower the most. I called Well Doctor and they sent over their technicians within 2 hours....and it was 10:30 at night! They had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. They returned the next day and had everything back up and running in a little over an hour. They were very prompt and very professional on the job. Needless to say, I hope I don't need to call them anytime soon again for anymore problems...but if I have any more problems I will use them again. I also highly recommend them if you have the same issues.
