From initial call on a Sunday afternoon, to techs on-time arrival, diagnosis with explanation, all the back and forth communication needed due to my home warranty being involved, and then installation - everything was quick, thorough, professional, friendly, and quality. J was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the needed repair after quoting us the price. After he left I discovered that he had accidentally looped the sink spray hose cord underneath a pipe and so it wouldn't extend very far. I called and he quickly returned, was very apologetic and did the easy fix in no time.
