Storm Guard did a great job working with us and our insurance company to file a storm damage claim. They knew exactly what the insurance company would need and assisted us in reviewing documents related to our roof replacement. They were always professional, and the roof install was amazing- the crew was professional also, and it was obvious they were extremely experienced. Their representative showed up unannounced at our house. We were not home, so she spoke to our adult disabled son. She asked to do a "free inspection" of our house and he said "yes". (We have reiterated the stranger danger lesson since then). She goes up on our roof and comes back down with a partial shingle and pictures claiming the roof is old and has hail damage. Of course, it needs replacing. Problem is that the roof is only 6 months old. Clearly, she is not honest. Stay far, far away from these people. They are bad news. Service: Roof damage repair

I had Storm guard paint my house two years ago and now replace my roof. They took care of all insurance paperwork and took pictures for them. Nick and I kept in touch with any questions I had and took the time to explained to me what was going on with the roof. The roofers cleaned everything up when done not leaving any nails or roofing materials around. The roof is perfect. My skylight's are beautiful. We had several hard rains and no leaks.
