The experience got off to a great and professional start. However, that didn't last long! I had to wait almost a year for them to replace my roof and that only occurred after I had to contact them continuously. They didn't do everything they were paid to do by my insurance company. They continued to ask me for the remaining balance although the job was incomplete. This was a nightmare with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Storm Guard did a great job working with us and our insurance company to file a storm damage claim. They knew exactly what the insurance company would need and assisted us in reviewing documents related to our roof replacement. They were always professional, and the roof install was amazing- the crew was professional also, and it was obvious they were extremely experienced.
