They came quickly to repair it, but then they said that it roof was messed up and the whole area should be replaced. It would have been nice to know that before they did the work instead of paying for a repair on an area that needs to be replaced anyways. They said they would get back to me with an estimate for doing all the necessary replacements with an explanation and pictures, but I never got back to them. I worked with Kirby Smith and he was very responsive. He kept the project well within time frames start to finish. He was very fair and reasonable throughout the project, even to include discussing options and helping me process best steps in resolving some water damage discovered with my initial sheeting. His crew were hard working, clean, and did not play any loud music or make any more noise than they needed to in order to get the work done.
