AC Doctors

We were fortunate to be referred to AC Doctors through 2-10. They were able to troubleshoot and fix a problem that another company could not. We've had a couple of their guys come out (for different issues or seasonal maintenance) and they have all been professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When you call the office and get Dana - she is pleasant and helpful. Most recently Philip was out for seasonal maintenance. He was courteous, respectful, wore a mask and completed his system check in a timely manner.

My home warranty company 210 contracted this company to service my air conditioner after it broke down. Although they did not return my call until later in the afternoon, after I scheduled my appointment they arrived in a very timely manner and were able to fix my AC in a very short time. This company was contracted through my Home warranty company. They never answer the phone when you call them and you have to wait for return calls that usually comes the next day. They were contacted on Tuesday about the repair but didn't come out until Friday. They spent less than 40 minutes on my HVAC and when they left said the issue was fixed. Not even an hour later it broke again. They were not happy about coming back out and ultimately told me they didn't know what was wrong with it. I had to go with another company. So me and my family had wait several days in the heat for someone else to fix it. If you choose this company I wish you luck!
