Horrible customer service! When his installations needed adjustments to make them work properly, he was completely unresponsive. He would not answer phone calls or texts. He would tell our designer that he was going to call us to make necessary repairs and never would. Had no control over his employees. Items were consumed or broken in our home while his employees were there working with no acceptance of responsibility. Our renovation was completed 8 months ago and we still have a transformer he installed for under cabinet lighting that is inoperable and he refuses to respond to us, thus no lights for about half of our counters. In addition, an outlet that he installed has worked intermittently (mostly not) for the past 8 months with no correction. Although this shouldn’t matter, this was a large renovation project. I reached out to Jon because he came recommended by the local company where I bought my hot tub and he obviously has stellar reviews on Google. Communication was fine at the beginning and he even came out to the house to assess the job and put together a quote. After a few attempts of me asking for the quote, he eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether. I had to hire another electrician to ensure the job was done in time. It is a disappointing trend my wife and I are seeing across the board with contractors these days.
