Horrible customer service! When his installations needed adjustments to make them work properly, he was completely unresponsive. He would not answer phone calls or texts. He would tell our designer that he was going to call us to make necessary repairs and never would. Had no control over his employees. Items were consumed or broken in our home while his employees were there working with no acceptance of responsibility. Our renovation was completed 8 months ago and we still have a transformer he installed for under cabinet lighting that is inoperable and he refuses to respond to us, thus no lights for about half of our counters. In addition, an outlet that he installed has worked intermittently (mostly not) for the past 8 months with no correction. Although this shouldn’t matter, this was a large renovation project.
