Advanced Air came out today, the two young gentleman couldn't have been more polite and professional. You can tell these technicians knew what they were doing and very honest. It is very refreshing to meet such well-mannered and professional contractors. I would recommend you using Advanced for any of the services they offer.

A friend initially referred me to Advanced Air Solutions for routine duct cleaning. As requested, Colin and his team came out to the house and upon inspection, they identified some significant water damage in the air duct lines that required remediation. He made some great recommendations and we determined a course of action. At my initiation, we also discussed the replacement of the heat pump. Colin and his team provided estimates for two options - he quoted me at a few thousand dollars lower than some of the other estimates I received and he provided a feasible payment plan that allowed for immediate installation while easing the financial burden - this part was significant as I was negotiating a stressful transition off of active duty. Colin and his team made it all possible and his crew of professionals did an excellent job of installing and replacing everything quickly. Everyone was also very kind and polite.
