Our HVAC unit was older than expected and decided this was the summer it would have to be replaced. James & Sons was very professional and courteous throughout the process, from the quote to the installation of the new system. Going into the hottest time of year you don’t want to be left stranded when your AC dies. I was told by so many other companies that there was a 2-3 day wait. James and Son responded and came the same day. Their prices were excellent and the technician that came was knowledgeable and was able to explain in laymen’s terms that I could understand what was going on with the AC unit.
