The company was able to get a technician out the following day after I called. I didnt call until almost 5 PM. My AC was working just not getting super cold. The person answering the phone was professional and made sure to include cost with the appointment setting and also called about 30 min from when the technician would arrive. Technician (Davis) was very professional and answered my questions. He gave several options. I was 2lbs short on freon. I new it would not be cheap since we have R22 and I already knew there was a leak. He got it all charged up and did several checks. I will use the company again if I have any further issues.

I recently contacted AirServ to repair my AC unit during the hottest part of the year in Carolina Beach. I was worried that the high demand for AC repair services might delay their response, however, they were able to rearrange their schedule and send someone out within two days. The technician was professional and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue, but also checking for any other problems that may have been present. He was courteous and answered all of our questions, providing helpful advice. He was also thorough in cleaning up after himself. Timely and efficient service. The service man kept us informed of what he was doing throughout his visit. But I must take the time to go back to the beginning of my experience. The receptionist I spoke with on the phone when calling about arrival time was phenomenal. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very very long time; she was courteous, informative, and reassuring. She’s definitely a keeper. Thank your staff for such excellent service.
