Had to have my very old beast of an AC unit entirely replaced recently. Everyone I came in contact with from Lindsay and Lilly answering all my questions via phone to the tech (Tanner) and designer (Keenan) were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great service. Timely and efficient service. The service man kept us informed of what he was doing throughout his visit. But I must take the time to go back to the beginning of my experience. The receptionist I spoke with on the phone when calling about arrival time was phenomenal. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very very long time; she was courteous, informative, and reassuring. She’s definitely a keeper. Thank your staff for such excellent service. We needed a new air conditioning unit FAST and our comfort designer, Keenan, made it happen. He was in contact with me with photos and updates.
