Carolina Flooring and Roofing (CFR)

I could not be happier with the work Carolina Flooring and Roofing did on our house. The quality of materials that they used, the speed with which they worked once the actual work began, and the way they made everything incredibly easy to handle was so high that it overcame and surpassed some communication glitches in the very beginning related to a former employee. I think how a company handles a problem is as significant as how it does the work day to day - and once they realized there was a problem it was handled swiftly and professionally and fixed without a lot of stress on my part. I contacted several companies before settling on this one, and if I ever need work done again, I won't look anywhere else but Dave and his crews to hire for the job.

Highly recommend!!!! Carolina flooring and Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof from start to finish! The level of customer service was far beyond my expectation ( and here I must call out Kevin and David in particular)! There were absolutely no surprises on my final invoice, and they worked with my insurance company on my behalf to get the full roof I needed instead of the half a roof I was originally approved for. Their crew arrived on time and were professional, courteous, and left no Trace in my yard and Landscape. I received a large portfolio of photos documenting every step of the process from tear off to install. My new roof looks amazing and I have every confidence that the work was done properly and that this company will stand behind both the labor and product. I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience!

Excellent work by David and Payton. Payton worked with us for a very extended time with the problems we experienced with our insurance company.
