All Comfort Heating & Cooling

wow! What a great experience. As everyone is dealing with this summer, our HVAC system shut down at my practice in Wilmington. We reached out to All Comfort, and they BY FAR provided the fastest, most complete service. Greg was such an awesome technician, professional and personable, and very good about educating me what went wrong. I would highly recommend All Comfort!! Amanda is an awesome owner and really cares about the client- VERY rare these days!!

The All Comfort technician called ahead in the time frame he was scheduled to arrive in. He checked all items relating to my temperature complaint and found other deficiencies that needed to be repaired to maximize the heat pump performance including cleaning out condensate drains. He spent time explaining the issues to me. I was so impressed I signed up for their PM and Maintenance Program. Highly recommend!

All Comfort Heating and Cooling came out and evaluated my two air conditioning units for my upstairs and downstairs of my home. They are 16 years old. I paid their service visit fee. I agreed to replace units and buy new ones. This was Thursday July 14th. The guy said he would have a proposal the next day Friday. I have not heard from them since. I wrote this review on July 21st a week later. I still have not heard from them.
