Contacted them to repair my roof after a lightening strike. Paid them for the work to be completed. Job got done and everything looked nice however they didn’t replace all the shingles they were supposed to and they needed to redo the ridge cap... it’s been excuse after excuse. Hopefully this review will motivate them to correct the issues on my roof they were paid to complete. If they do, I’ll update my review. **Update** They finally came back out and fixed the issues. I don’t think that it should take posting a negative review to motivate a company to do the right thing. The work now looks acceptable. Would I use them in the future? Probably not. Do yourself a favor and ask to speak with Carl Elmore at C&C. His professionalism and streamlined processes made getting a roof replacement after a named hurricane a breeze for my family. He was there for every step... from contacting our insurance company to the final inspection. There was open communication throughout the entire process, so we always felt at ease. His team of installers were very quick and kept a clean and orderly site! Carl really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and I am not sure how we would have navigated this without him! This is a great company to work with. We used them to replace our roof through an insurance claim. They were very helpful, patient, and professional every step of the way.
