ARS responded immediately to my inquiry on a Sunday and worked around my schedule to come out as soon as possible. Jason the technician was very professional and able to identify the issue immediately. He did a great job and had my A/C back up and running in no time. They were awesome in every way! They came on the same day. I called and serviced my three units. They did a great job for a great price. They were incredibly professional in the face of adversity… I have very difficult neighbors, who gave the technician an unfounded hard time for where he parked, for being too close to their property, for making noise…all of which was shrugged off politely and respectfully. It is one thing to do your job under good circumstances, and a very different thing to do your job under difficult circumstances, and the technician performed admirably. So far so good! Only been about a week but all of the stars. Installed a new system on a Friday, it didn’t work by the time they left and I had to rent a window AC in the meantime. As of Monday afternoon, they fixed the AC and they are sending a check that’s part of their quality of service guarantees for reimbursement; well done!
