They were awesome in every way! They came on the same day. I called and serviced my three units. They did a great job for a great price. They were incredibly professional in the face of adversity… I have very difficult neighbors, who gave the technician an unfounded hard time for where he parked, for being too close to their property, for making noise…all of which was shrugged off politely and respectfully. It is one thing to do your job under good circumstances, and a very different thing to do your job under difficult circumstances, and the technician performed admirably. I called very early in the morning, the operator was very nice and efficient. I was given a window for the tech to arrive. I received a text and a phone call stating he was on the way. Steve was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even braved a thunderstorm to replace the part. He could've come back later, but he was adamant. I'm extremely grateful he did. I called ARS because I had used them back in Rockville, Md. I was given an appointment immediately and the tech arrived a little early; the minute he saw what was going on he knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly.
