Brand Air is by far the best HVAC company I have used in the Wilmington area. My outdoor AC unit went out in the and I called Brand Air in the morning. They answered the phone and told me they would get it repaired immediately. By the time I got home from work Brand Air had repairs my AC unit. It was a phenomenal repair price and on top of that he did some much needed maintenance for me. Awesome company and great guys. If you use anyone else you’re doing yourself a disservice. Brandon Kandare chooses to let his work speak for the quality of Brandair. Rather than hiring actors for commercials, getting his work truck wrapped like something from NASCAR, he uses Instagram, Facebook and most importantly word of mouth to share the quality of his work. My unit was installed in 2005, he called the company’s tech office to get the right capacitors (the writing on the original capacitors had faded on the outside air handler) to have my unit running like new. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon’s work. He came to my rescue and worked me into his schedule asap during a heat wave when his schedule was slammed. He was punctual, professional, quickly identified the issue, addressed it, cleaned up and I was back in service in two hours. His rates and parts were fair and reasonable. I will be calling him again for any of my HVAC needs. Bonus: He is an Army veteran.
