Really impressed by their professionalism and communication. I needed help with a toilet leak and when Gary came out, he realized that it was simple, quick replacement. Did it in 5 min and just asked for the cost of the part and a good review. I purchased my first home in Wilmington and relocated here from out of state a few months ago. In the first few weeks I was here, I had a plumbing disaster and was referred to Canady Brothers by several locals who had nothing but amazing things to say about the work they do and the way they do business. After calling them I learned that they were booked solid that day but Brian still managed to show up at my house within an hours' time. Not only was Brian extremely professional and efficient but he went out of his way to fix my problem and even went as far as to help me clean up the mess it had caused. Gary responded quickly to my inquiry about a leak from my well pump to the water softener and then to the entire plumbing system. Scott came out early the same day, corrected the problem leaking pvc pipe juncture testing this before leaving house, providing the solution. Canady Bro. are both highly capable and diligent, while being also courteous & patient.
