We had an amazing experience with Tom and his crew. They arrived on time and gave me several options to address our roofing issue. It was a unique/complicated flat roofing issue due to the location on my home. We contacted Certified about a roof replacement that was needed on our property. Tom Kheen came to do an estimate within just a few days and we agreed to the installation. The biggest selling points for us were the factory certifications the on-site foreman would have, and the factory backed warranty (Certainteed Shingles). Installation was done on the day and within the time frame in the estimate. Clean up was spotless, and the crew were very professional.
