Chris and Scott helped my neighbor and I solve a nagging water intrusion problem at our condominium. Scott and Chris professionally managed every aspect of the project from the the time Scott met with us to develop the initial scope of work, to the project closeout at the end. Scott listened to all of our concerns and developed a scope of work to initiate the project. During demolition, some hidden issues were found that needed to be addressed. Chris promptly visited the site and recommended revisions to the scope of work to remedy the issues. As an engineer with 40+ years of experience, it was a pleasure to work with a contractor that used proper construction methods without constant oversight and was conscientious in making the proper repairs. I was very pleased with his construction crews and their methods in completing the project.
