We are 1000% HAPPY ! We have a long story but it comes down to Chris being willing to take on a job that was left in shambles and getting his best guy, Tim to make this magic happen. My husband and I wanted the brochure picture of composite decking in our backyard- following a lot of research we were not very hopeful in it being delivered until we met them ! Chris and his team did an absolute great job from the very beginning, from the first time coming out giving us a quote to having my many follow up questions answered right away. After having our deck started, we decided to go ahead and add on a gable roof, while it wasn’t in the original project Chris was able to add it in and get the whole project done in less than two weeks ahead of schedule even after I changed up some finishes last minute. I could not be any happier with the way it turned out.

We have had the pleasure of working with a variety of different local contractors over the past 20 plus years on various projects. Therefore I do not take writing reviews lightly as I have depended on many reviews in the past when looking for contractors. With that being said...Delaney's Coastal Construction is by far my absolute FAVORITE all around!! I can not express how fantastic Chris and his crews are!! They were on-time, they returned calls in a very timely manner, they did NOT rush through our project so they could get to the next job, very reasonably priced, the list goes on!! Chris was able to design our addition to our home and then gave us choices of the different materials we could use - But NEVER pushed us one way or another on what to use. Words can not explain how GREAT this company is! I would even be willing to speak to any potential clients/customers in regards to Delaney's Coastal Construction.
