Mandi and the Team at Solid Contracting did an amazing job of restoring our home to the condition it was before a tornado from Hurricane Esiais did extensive damage from a tree going through the roof. She and her teams were very skilled and professional, and Nick with his knowledge of building codes and dealing with insurance adjustors made the whole process much less stressful than it already was. I would definitely use them again if I needed such repairs. It was truly a pleasure working with these folks, who worked so hard to get our home put back together. We were referred to Solid Contracting, Inc. by a neighbor who used them to replace their roof. We had a serious roof leak after Hurricane Isaias. Their project manager, Ryan Mohr, was here promptly, inspected our roof and arranged same day temporary repair to a damaged, leaking area on the roof. He was very thorough in his explanation of how the insurance claim process, procedures and final restoration & repair would need be handled. Ryan was very friendly & always available either by phone, email or in person to facilitate this complicated process. The SC crew(s) were very hard working, skilled and organized. We had roof damage after a hurricane in early Agusut. Mandi came and met with our insurance adjuster walking the roof to make sure all damage was noted. The insurance company approved the replacement of the roof. We contracted with Solid Contracting and they did a wonderful job replacing our roof.
