Paul Fleming HVAC is top notch! He has been a great help with and resource for our properties in Carolina and Kure Beach. He fixed our electric pool heater a few months back when several others tried and failed. Recently, he replaced one of our air handler/heat pump systems. I had heard a neighbor praise Fleming Heating and Air Conditioning who had repaired her HVAC when the previous person tried to tell her that he whole system needed replacement. So I got Fleming's number from her when my HVAC outdoor would not start. I called Paul at 5PM on a Wednesday and he said he had a big job on Thursday, so he scheduled me for 1-2PM on Friday. He would work me in if he could on Thursday. He showed up at 1:15PM on Friday and diagnosed and repaired a bad capacitor on the outside unit in 1.5 hours. He was very friendly and through. Mr. Paul Fleming is an expert in his field. He has serviced my pool heat pump for years, including fixing the original one that was installed by another company and never worked right. Mr. Fleming installed my new pool heat pump and performs the annual start-up service. His rates are extremely reasonable and he is one of the most honest serviceman I have encountered and he always shows up when scheduled. After his excellent care of my pool heat pump, I contracted Mr. Fleming to service my house heat and air conditioning unit. He is the best . . . you won't be disappointed.
