Purchased a historic home that I believed I could get 5 more years from the roof. Rain started, leaks started. F&M were responsive for my first patch request...but recommended replacement. Initally not in my budget. First patch held...water moved on to less resistance. "5 year roof" from home inspector was panning out inside. F&M came out on a rainy weekend to cover the next problem with no charge. Opted for replacement. The F&M price was fair and competitive! Their service and clean-up was amazing.
