Monarch Roofing in Wilmington, NC was exceptional from start to finish!!! Their certified roof inspector, Joel, after determining that my roof qualified for total replacement, helped me with any calls I made to my insurance company and also made sure to be here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect. It took only a few days before I received a check from NCJUA that paid for total roof replacement and then Monarch Roofing quickly got me on schedule. Joel and all of the others who were involved with my project were extremely knowledgeable, dependable and considerate…the ladies in the office; CiCi, Mackenzie, Leah and Brittany…the supervisors on site; Mike and Jose…and all of their hardworking roof installers. I have been extremely impressed with Monarch Roofing of Cape Fear from start to finish. I found out about the company through their excellent marketing professional Brittany who put me in touch with Joel, who was professional timely and patient throughout the process. It was important to me when looking for the right company to replace my roof, that I use an licensed (GC) and insured company- to ensure quality craftsmanship and service. The team that came out was nothing short of expectations. From start to finish; they moved furniture, cleaned up daily and put everything back when they were done. During the cleanup (which was completed daily), they combed through my gardens with magenta and even hand plucked the nails. This team of professionals is amazing. I highly recommend Monarch Roofing for all of your roofing needs! I have attached a photo of the finished roof and GUTTER HELMETS- these are wonderful!

Monarch Roofing was just wonderful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the whole process, quickly rescheduling rain days which was so appreciated. Lizzie Fitzgerald led the team and was always just a text or call away. She walked me through the entire project at the start and the entire roof repair went just as she said! I love when the plan and the actual repair lines up so we'll!! The whole office staff, Tia, Leah, and CiCi, were pleasant every time I had a question. Someone was always there to answer my question ....no messages had to be left, ever. Jose and Luis headed up the crew onsite ---- the guys who did the work were such a pleasant group and they did such a professional job, showing me their progress along the way. And they cleaned up the waste and yard so well, it never looked better!
