We just purchase our new home. It had been empty for some time so I contacted them to get the system checked, the vents cleaned, and set up routine maintenance. We also added two new vents in rooms that didn’t have them. They came out to check, found two ducts that had fallen under the house and had water in them. They replaced them and got everything fixed up. Cleaned the vents, found the system started smoking when they started back up. The blower motor went bad, they were able to replace same day.
