I needed help with my roof as it was deteriorating after some weather events. I called 4 roof professionals to come help me, they all said yes. But none came. Even my neighbor who works with roofing professionals promised to get them over to my place. Still nothing. I saw a flyer and a card from Aaron Maxwell of the East Coast Division of Roof Assurance (I did not even realize that he lives within 10 minutes from me. I called him, set an appointment, and HE followed through. He worked with my Insurance, and before I knew it, I have a new roof, Looks good, does not leak, and cost me less than I thought it would with the others that I contacted before. Pretty good choice.
We're supposed to do siding damaged in June of 2019. Here we are in February of 2020 and still not done. Just show up at any time of the day. Have left a mess of ladders and material for weeks. HOA has sent a letter requesting they clean up. Broken picture frames and glass from banging on the walls. I asked them to call so I can remove things, but they show up randomly. Terrible company and service.
