Had an issue were the plumbing throughout my house is backed up. The lady on the phone was super friendly and quick to response. The two plumbers however were the rudest. They didn’t speak once until I had asked them a question. They went outside for 30 mins and I thought they had left. One comes opening my front door without knocking. When they finally left, they didn’t tell me if they had fixed the problem of if they needed to come back. (Problem still there so I assume they’re coming back??) One of the plumbers carried a large piece of equipment over my toddler and didn’t say excuse me or sorry when he stepped on my child’s shoe. They also left my front door wide open and my child ran outside into the parking lot. If this wasn’t the company my property manager picked I’d be calling someone else. The hostility from the two men made my experience very unpleasant. If it wasn’t for the lady on the phone I’d give 0 stars Service: Plumbing pipe repair

The basement septic sump and ejector pump needed to be located and then replaced - it was a tough job. But, Troy Rethford (the service technician) was persistent, professional, and amazingly helpful. We have had many services done by Bodenheimer - nearly always the same day I call and always perfect in every way. Service: Sump pump installation

I haven't even received service yet and these guys are already a 5 star place to me. I just moved in to a house and need their services (rental) and they called me when the service order was put in but my wife is going to be gone and I have to get back to work after my drill weekend. I asked if we could schedule a day after things settle down and the one I spoke with (Jennifer) said that it was completely ok. She is nice, courteous, and pleasant to speak with. The one thing that really stuck out is that the first time we spoke I said I would call her back but I didn't. I got carried away with what I had going on and didn't call. Almost noon the next day I received a phone call from her to ask on how things were going on my end. I laughed and said her ears must have been ringing becuase I had my phone in my hand and was about to call her after I put my head set on. But it was the fact she took the initiative to call back and was still nice to me despite me not calling back like I said I
