Bodenheimer has been out to my new home twice since I moved in for two different issues. They were easy to schedule with, quick, and very friendly. Both technicians were great and took their time to determine the issue. I will definitely use this company in the future.
The basement septic sump and ejector pump needed to be located and then replaced - it was a tough job. But, Troy Rethford (the service technician) was persistent, professional, and amazingly helpful. We have had many services done by Bodenheimer - nearly always the same day I call and always perfect in every way. Service: Sump pump installation
Contacted Bodenheimer to see about fixing leaky bathroom faucets. In the 1st minute the plumber recommended I consider replacing them with new faucets, which he said he can install for $225 each. Or replace the internal workings for $175 each. (This is in addition to the $89 fee just to drive to my house.) I do NOT RECOMMEND this company.
