Currently out of state and needed some last minute repairs. Olivia, so lovely and patient, was able accommodate me and set me up with a technician the same day. Technician (Isabel) contacted me immediately to touch base as I was not present in the home. Kept me updated with every assessment and plan, gave me several tiered repair options, and sent me pictures to review. I had a repair that was out of the plumbing scope but instead of charging me for a bandaid fix, Isabel went above and beyond to connect me with other contractors for a more accurate assessment. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism and will definitely be working with Bodenheimer again!

Contacted Bodenheimer to see about fixing leaky bathroom faucets. In the 1st minute the plumber recommended I consider replacing them with new faucets, which he said he can install for $225 each. Or replace the internal workings for $175 each. (This is in addition to the $89 fee just to drive to my house.) I do NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I haven't even received service yet and these guys are already a 5 star place to me. I just moved in to a house and need their services (rental) and they called me when the service order was put in but my wife is going to be gone and I have to get back to work after my drill weekend. I asked if we could schedule a day after things settle down and the one I spoke with (Jennifer) said that it was completely ok. She is nice, courteous, and pleasant to speak with. The one thing that really stuck out is that the first time we spoke I said I would call her back but I didn't. I got carried away with what I had going on and didn't call. Almost noon the next day I received a phone call from her to ask on how things were going on my end. I laughed and said her ears must have been ringing becuase I had my phone in my hand and was about to call her after I put my head set on.
