We came home after a weekend trip picking up our grandkids for a two week babysitting stay. We got home around 7 pm on Sunday and our A/C was down. We called five HVAC companies that advertised 24/7 hour emergency service. HH Hovey was the only one that called us back. Herb, the owner, called and said that he could come out the same night or Monday morning, which would be a less cost. Chris, the technician, came out even earlier than the time given and repaired the unit. Chris took the time to explain the different possibilities that could cause the problem. Within minutes, he found a bad capacitor. Herb and Chris were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely use HH Hovey again and probably will start using them for our HVAC maintenance needs. Service: A/C system repair
