I had HH Hovey come to my home to inspect and repair my HVAC system. Mike was on time, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that my system was working to its fullest capabilities before leaving. I have had a few different companies assist me with my HVAC needs in the past, but now that I have worked with HH Hovey I will not have any other company come back. Immediately after another HVAC company in town did a spring service on my 2 HVAC units, one of the units would not cool and kept cutting off while sending a tech problem notice to the thermostat. That company could not find the source of the issue. I called HH Hovey and asked that they send a highly experienced tech rep. They showed up on time, and quickly found the source of the problem which was caused by the other company's tech rep mistake. They then ran a complete diagnostic on the HVAC until they were satisfied that there had been no permanent damage to the compressor. They then thoroughly cleaned the unit and it's now working perfectly. One company will never get my HVAC business while HH Hovey will be the only one I'll call. Service: Repair HVAC

Without a doubt I'd use HHHovey again. My time is valuable and this company is not only responsive, they are also on-time. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris today and not only did he resolve my issue, he also provided me a lot of technical tips that will help me with my maintenance in the future.
