Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Winston Salem

I've had an issue with losing water pressure intermittently. At first I thought it was the city. So I called WS and someone from the city came out and checked there ended and stated that the issue is at my house. After looking at different plumbing services I stumbled across Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I can't recall who I spoke with over the phone to set up the appointment but she was great very polite, very professional. I was able to set up and appointment next day. I received text and emails with updates from the time I scheduled and the time they arrived which was absolutely fantastic!!!! Once the Tech Mr. Elliot arrived he listened to my concerns and immediately started looking into what my issue could be. Looks like the issue was the PRV. After speaking with him and I decided to not go with the repair at this moment only because my issue is intermittent. Once we discussed that he then did a walk around and inspected all the plumbing in the house. I have to say Mr Elliot is AWESOME!! I

Noah was such a pleasant, respectful and polite young man. He is very professional and very particular in doing an excellent job. He is very detailed. He is definitely an asset to this business. I loved that the response to getting an appointment is very fast and the tech arrived when expected and worked the whole time he was here. This is a very professional business and the service from beginning until the end was friendly, caring and dedicated to getting your issue taken care of. Noah installed an under the sink water filtration system for me and Mr Rooter is also taking care of an outdoor leak. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Ive had Mr Rooter come out 3 times to my home in the past couple years, water heater, leaky main water line, and a toilet. Fisher and Joshua both are great to work with, knowledgeable and personable. Best to both of them and will continue to use Mr Rooter.
