Had an awesome experience working with Old Timers Roofing! From the very beginning, these guys were prompt and very professional and they made everything so simply and easy! Louis, the owner, actually came out himself on the same day as my initial request. He showed up on time, was very polite, explained and walked me through the entire process step by step, answered all my questions and even had an estimate for me by the end of the day. He promise to handle the claim directly with my insurance company and that he would get my roof approved and completed in a timely manner. Not only did he keep his promise but he also went above and beyond and had the insurance company cover some other damages around the house that we weren't even aware of! I couldn't be any happier with the amazing customer service I received and the peace of mind that Louis and Old Timers Roofing company provided me with!!
