Was told the tech would be here between 8 and 8:30 and he showed up at 8:30. Ended up really not having to do much. Invoice reads that he checked some things, but didn't have to recharge the unit. He was here 90 minutes, but judging by the amount of work that was done I don't think he had to be here that long. There was a small water leak that was our primary concern, he installed a $70 freeze stat and cleaned the drain line. That's it. After that I was charged 2 hours labor. When I questioned it I was told they bill from the time he leaves his office, not the time he was actually here at the property. Time will tell if this will actually solve the water problem, however I am less than thrilled with their billing practices... $300 is a lot of money to say "There's not really any problems, this MIGHT be it, but we'll see.

Reedy's not only delivered the best estimate (by thousands of dollars), but we're on time, and very professional. We had the unfortunate luck of 2 units dying with one month. When they saw our newborn, they rush ordered a new unit and even brought a standup unit to place in his nursery so we didn't have to live somewhere else while we wait on the unit. They serviced our house for 30+ years before we even moved in (since my parents lived here before us). Very trustworthy, reliable and kind folks! Second time with Reedys and had good experience. James arrived in time. The office even call to let us know 15 minutes before arrival. We have a 10 years old unit. Initially this was only a routine service but the technician recomended washing the unit. It was probably never washed. James took his time to make sure the unit was real clean, tested everything several times, installed everying back real nice, did not leave anyting behind. One can see that he is professional, polite and do take the work to his heart. We will request him again. First time, the fan from unit was broken right at the beggining of freezing days.
