Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Melvin was great! I had a gas leak in my water heater valve. He came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate, as well as his expert opinion. By Monday, we were able to order the replacement materials, and on Tuesday everything was installed. Very thorough and professional. Being a first time home owner, Melvin took his time explaining/educating me on the function and care of my new water heater. Definitely appreciative, and will be using him in the future! Melvin worked on our pipes all day. He removed a metal pipe that had a big hole and roots growing in it and replaced it with a up to date PVC pipe. He also fixed other problems he found along the way. He arrived on time and worked hard all day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained every step and made sure we understood before we made any decisions. He provided lots of options and educated us on our choices. He even stayed to complete another plumbing project we had been wanting to fix. He made sure everything he touched was up to code. He went above and beyond.
