The pipe had fallen off due to another company. We didn't use Ease today but I have them on speed dial he explained everything to me and if there are any problems I will call Ease again. Austin was the tech and Taylor scheduled the appointment. Good people.

You charged me $700.00 for a camera view of pipes knowing the city of lexington would do it for free. They told us that they let you know multiple times. That's bad business. Diffently letting everyone know. Feel like you took advantage of a uninformed woman. Katherine Greene.

First, there are not enough stars to describe Joe Moore and crew Paul, Tanner and Austin. They arrived on time and answered all the questions and took time to explain the work to be done. NO BS. They are professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what I expected for this job. I am disabled and they offered to haul away the pallet and crate that contained the natural gas fire pit. In this day and time that is very hard to find. After installation they cleaned and swept the work area. If you need any Plumbing Repairs or Projects I highly recommend Joe Moore and crew. ********************** Larry D
