The Roof Mentors

Homeowners beware! We had a storm roll through our area and after which a crew stopped by. They talked up how much damage we had to our roof and such, well when the insurance company didn’t agree to pay out for a new roof they left us high and dry! We literally haven’t heard anything back from them. Seems like they were just looking for an easy payday! They never offered to give us an estimate for what it would cost, and never put a tarp on our roof knowing we were having water intrusion issues! We are planning to replace our roof but we sure won’t be using this company. Total lack of professionalism and an even bigger lack of communication.

I heard about the RoofMentors because they knocked on my door to inform me of some roof damage they noticed after a recent wind storm in my area. I was a little hesitant at first, but Travis reassured me that everything would be fine. He worked with me and my insurance company to get my roof replaced. His communication was great, and the guys did an amazing job not only replacing my roof but cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone. Service: Roof installation
