They cancelled my first appointment after I took the afternoon off to wait for them. They rescheduled it for a week later and showed up. Done quick. Great service once it was done. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't had wasted my time and time off work for the first appointment.

Wall Turner has been our service provider for many years. All staff are professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend their Club Membership as it provides peace of mind regarding maintenance on a large investment.

My realtor recommended Wall Turner. I had an issue with lights flickering several months ago and couldn't easily detect the issue at first, so I recorded it and they sent another technician, Jason, who was able to detect and fix the issue. Jason is a great technician and is very thorough in his findings. Although, the issue wasn't detected the first time, I give them 5 stars for professionalism and persistence. The receptionist calls you in advance to let you know the techs are on their way and service is prompt.
