Mr. Shelton was very professional, very cordial, very communicative, and very efficient! He was great in explaining things about what was going on and also on some things I could do in the future should something like this occur. I found him to be the head, outstanding ambassador for your company, who works in an excellent manner. Actually, I have a first call scheduled for Monday at 78 Creighton Rd. 28803. We requested service for a problem we were having with our air conditioning system. First, we were highly impressed that when I called for service they made an appointment for the next morning! Mike and Brandon were extremely professional and showed us the cause of the problem we were having and gave us his advice on the best way to fix the problem. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge and capability and certainly appreciated the manner in which Mike discussed the problem with us. He had our air conditioning unit up and running very quickly. I wanted to let you know how appreciative we were of the caliber of service we received from Mike and Brandon. We will certainly use Bolton for our service in the future.

We had been away for nearly a month and our boiler was not working when we returned so no hot water. Aaron (tech) and support folks at Bolton got parts overnighted and got it fixed in time for house guests to arrive and have hot water. First rate operation.
