To say Andrew went above and beyond is an understatement. We were dealing with a nightmare and Andrew basically came in and saved the day. He was professional and personable to boot. He even called to follow up and make sure we were taken care of. We were able to navigate an awful situation much more easily due to his services. Raymond Hunter and the gentleman with him, Carson did an “outstanding” job! We were in a crunch as our hot water heater began to leak & we had a little flood in our basement. I called the evening prior to see if we could get someone here ASAP. The following afternoon they were here. I sent them pictures & by the pictures they could tell we had a bad situation. My husband & I were so pleased with Raymond & Carson, who both had such a great knowledge of what we needed. They came, inspected our situation & then went out to get us a new hot water heater. They did a neat, fabulous job & explained everything to us. We highly recommend this company and these two gentleman. Thanks so much & the water heater is guaranteed for 10 years! Scott Young was amazing. He fixed a water leak we discovered just as we were preparing to leave town. Their schedule was full for the day but I told them we had to leave and really needed help. Scott drove through rush hour traffic for an hour and a half to come to our aid. He was never without a smile was professional courteous and completed the work in about 30 minutes.
