I called Happy Customer at 9:45am letting them know I was having issues with my HVAC system not kicking on. I received a phone call from Lee at 10am. I was informed Lee would be arriving between 11am-12pm and he arrived shortly after 11am. Lee efficiently and accurately diagnosed the problem. Lee explained the problem, how he fixed it and how I can look out for the same issue in the future. Lee also informed me of the indications and notifications my thermostat shows, which was very helpful and informative.
