I recently had these guys replace our main water line to the house due to a leak in the middle of our front yard, definitely a stressful thing to deal with as a homeowner. We had another company come out to diagnose it first who said they would be back to repair it and then when that day came they canceled on us for a family emergency. The office staff at 24/7 fit me in the same day when I called and explained what happened. They scoped it out within hours after I called and scheduled the job to be done early the following week. I value their workmanship and being there when we needed them. I wholeheartedly regret not calling them first but will definitely call them first next time I need any plumbing work at all ever again. Tim with 24/7 Plumbing installed a new steam shower and faucets for us. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any repair/ installation of any plumbing issue you have. We are extremely happy with his work!

I do not recommend using this company for plumbing pipe repair. They do not guarantee their work. The repair they did for us was done in piece meal approach. We had them out three times to fix the same leak in the pipe. Instead of replacing the pipe they continued to patch it. They had to come out three times and the second time they came out it was a leak in the same pipe in the crawl space, which they just replace a piece of the pipe. Three days later another leak in the same pipe, which was 12" from where they fixed the other leak. They again, cut the piece and patched it and charged us for it!
